Our warranty coverage is as follows:
- Items priced under $500 are protected by a 7-day warranty.
- Items ranging from $501 to $2,000 are protected by a 14-day warranty.
- For items priced at $2,001 and above, you enjoy a generous 30-day warranty.
Even after your warranty period expires, we cannot replace your product but we can continue to offer instructional assistance and troubleshooting support for your products for an extended period of up to 30 days from the delivery date.
